“There’s a wonderful old Italian joke about a poor man who goes to church every day and prays before the statue of a great saint, begging, “Dear saint-please, please, please…give me the grace to win the lottery.” This lament goes on for months. Finally the exasperated statue comes to life, looks down at the begging man and says in weary disgust, “My son-please, please, please…buy a ticket.”

I am artist, I am writer, I am a teller of real life stories, I am wife, I am mother, I am family, I am friend, I am an American Immigrant, and FINALLY… I am a Parisian! This is a blog about my life, my new beginnings abroad, and my endless life journey to spend more days than not in the city I love, Paris. I will be sharing my own sentiments and stories of moving my whole world, aka my family, to live in Paris. Real feelings and experiences giving up everything I knew before to risk it all to live with more of my souls alinement which exists in the City of Love and Light.
